We sincerely appreciate your request for a product donation.
B & D Dental Corporation’s charitable donations program exists to provide donations to nonprofit organizations such as humanitarian aid groups, dental schools, and dental lab schools within the United States that positively impact the dental community as a whole.
In considering requests for support, priority is given to organizations that stress excellence and community participation, especially where children, elderly people or students are involved.

If you feel you meet the above requirements, requests for donations must be submitted in writing on your organization’s letterhead to the address below (e-mails are not accepted):

All donation request proposals must be made in writing on the organization's letterhead. The following information must be included in each request:

• Organizations address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address & name of primary contact and executive director.
• One paragraph description of the organization and its mission statement.
• Concise description of the project. Include project goals, number of people who will benefit from the project, the timeframe and a brief description of staff responsible for the project.
• Amount of requested contribution.
• Planned use of the contribution. Include a description of any other support for the project.
